Algentify LLC – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Algentify LLC ("Algentify," "we," "our," or "us") stands behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a qualifying project, you may be eligible for a full refund under the terms below.

1. Eligibility

  1. The guarantee applies only to projects explicitly labeled "Money-Back Guarantee Eligible" in the signed Statement of Work ("SOW").
  2. The guarantee period begins on the date the project is launched (i.e., the deliverable is deployed to production or otherwise delivered to you) and runs for 30 calendar days.
  3. You must be the original contracting client and have paid all invoices due through the date of the refund request.

2. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply if: • You request major scope changes beyond those in the SOW.
• You fail to provide required feedback, assets, or approvals in a timely manner.
• The dissatisfaction results from abuse, fraud, or use of the deliverable in a manner not contemplated by the SOW.
• Third-party costs (e.g., domain registration, hosting, paid APIs) are involved. These costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

  1. Email refunds@algentify.com within the 30-day window, describing the specific issues.
  2. Allow us a good-faith opportunity to remedy those issues within 15 business days.
  3. If we cannot resolve the issues to your reasonable satisfaction, we will issue a refund within 10 business days of confirmation.

4. Refund Scope

• Refund amount is limited to fees paid for the affected project deliverables.
• Expenses paid to third parties (hosting, licenses, etc.) are excluded.
• Upon refund, any licenses or rights granted to you for the deliverable will terminate, and you must cease use and delete all copies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The refund described above is your sole and exclusive remedy. Algentify’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts you actually paid for the deliverable.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Updates apply only to projects initiated after the effective date of the revision.
