This Privacy Policy explains how Algentify LLC (“Algentify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit algentify.com, contact us, book a meeting, or use our website design and related services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information.

1. Who We Are

Algentify LLC is a Florida company that builds custom websites for restaurants and local businesses, primarily in Martin County and nearby areas.

• Suggested meeting times and notes you submit through our contact form

• Billing and payment details needed to invoice you (card/bank data is typically handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)

• IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies used for site function, analytics, and (if enabled) advertising measurement

Information from service providers

We may receive limited information from tools we use to run the business (for example, scheduling confirmations, form submissions, analytics summaries, or payment status).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive government ID numbers or health data through the public website.

If you send passwords or admin access for your site/domain, use unique credentials and rotate them after project completion when appropriate.

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention needs, such as invoices)

If you are in the EEA/UK and believe GDPR applies to your inquiry, contact us at the same address and we will handle your request as required.

Our Services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Visitors

We are based in Florida, USA. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
